The Integrity Initiative & No Exceptions Leadership Seminar - May 12

Please join us for this one-day program that explores the connection between personality, ethics, and operational performance, focusing on “Upstream Leadership” and a “No Exceptions” standard. Participants will examine how personality frameworks influence culture and learn strategies to build accountability, close the judgment-action gap, and lead with consistency under pressure. The course provides practical tools to strengthen trust, reinforce standards, and maintain effective leadership presence.

This class will be led by Florissant Valley FPD Fire Chief Jason Hoevelmann. Chief Hoevelmann is a 30-year fire service veteran who lectures nationally and internationally on leadership, tactics, command, and officer development. He serves as an instructor and curriculum writer for the National Fire Academy, is an FDIC advisory board member, and is Vice President of the Missouri Association of Fire Chiefs.
